Harmonizing Arts
Harmonizing arts. Internal martial arts involve balance and harmony, not only among people, but balance and harmony with all life: Animals, plants, air, water, rock, and everything else. During practice, one opens one’s heart and accepts the opponent’s mind. If you consider the opponent as just an enemy, then nature does not give you force. Open your heart, synchronize, and harmonize with your opponent and the earth. Then you will be able to sense everything becomes one. This one is the ultimate theory in internal martial arts. In this practice, you can make your body and mind become peaceful and balanced. Internal martial artists should drive the physical body by mind. Otherwise, it is just as same as general sports.
