Instructor Jinho Lee began martial arts training at the age of 13, starting with Tanglang Quan, a traditional Chinese external martial art, while seeking to improve his health and physical condition.
Through years of hard training, he became interested in a deeper question: how can a smaller or less physically powerful person move with greater efficiency, balance, and force? This question led him to study a variety of martial arts and to learn from different teachers and masters over the years.
His training eventually brought him to internal martial arts, where he focused on relaxation, grounding, body mechanics, breath, and mind-body coordination. Through this practice, he came to understand that real power does not come only from muscular strength, but from the integrated use of the body, mind, and natural movement.
Jinho now teaches Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Bagua, meditation, and internal martial arts as a path for improving balance, health, awareness, and self-discipline. His goal is to share these practices with people from different backgrounds and help them develop greater harmony between body and mind.
