What we practice for Bagua are:

- Circle walking and basic 8 animal forms 

- Man-to-man practice for application

4pm-6pm: Body Psychology

Vivid visioning method which unites learned one and making familiar one. 

1) Making peace with body. 2) Minimizing internal leakage. 3) Activating potential resource. 4) Trial in advance lively through image method. And etc.

6pm-8pm: Common theory of attack, technique and defense

MMA technique. Principle and application of power handling through combination practice. Offensive techniques.

2) Walk straight around 50 meter 

3) You will be able to find Neal's Yard Coffee shop (2nd floor) on your right side hand 

4) Fly to 3rd floor please. 

Nov 15th: Arirang Taekwon dojo

1) Come to exit 1 of Sookmyung Women's Univ subway station (Line 4 or Blue line)

2) Walk straight around 300 meter

3) You will be able to find a Renault Samsung Motors branch on your right side hand

4) Fly to 4th floor please. 

Rate: 50,000 KRW per session

         90,000 KRW for 2 sessions

        130,000 KRW  for 3 sessions

        160,000 KRW for 4 sessions
